I cut my teeth in advertising when digital was still a young babe. Opened my own thriving agency. Learned what moves customers and what moves revenue. Then co-founded a venture-backed startup that took on toxicity in nail care, the treatment of women in that workforce, and what personal expression looks like when you give it back to the consumer. After that, COO and growth architect across several CPG brands. Early traction to national retail. The real work of building companies that last.

The name comes from Flora, Latin for flower, and Fiona, meaning fair and full of light. Things that grow. Things that flourish when the conditions are finally right.
